BEGINNERS MATWORK


This is a great place to start as here you will learn about the Basic Principles of Pilates and how to apply them in the exercises whilst mastering the breathing patterns, integrating the mind and body resulting in increased energy and relaxation. Small equipment such as fitness circles, Flex bands, foam rollers or arc barrels, may be used to help target deep muscles without causing significant stress or tension and help build a strong posture, a healthy back, improved flexibility and body awareness.

This class runs as a course on Mondays at 10.20am in Kibworth.
